We process your personal data for specific purposes
Considering your status as a legal representative, authorized person, or contact person, we hereby inform you regarding the processing of your personal data that you provide for the execution of the contract/agreement/offer, we will process your personal data for the following purposes:

-performance of the contract concluded with the legal entity on whose behalf you act (which also includes interactions prior to its signing)

We process your personal data for the purpose of executing the contract with the legal entity on whose behalf you act (which also includes interactions prior to the signing of this contract) and to fulfill our obligations as a contracting party.

– the name of your company’s delegate;
– billing data mandatory for the exercise of the employment contract.

Your rights regarding personal data
Unless otherwise provided by law, you have the following rights:
– the right of access, namely the right to obtain a confirmation from us that we are processing your personal data, as well as access to them and the provision of information about the processing method;
– the right to restrict processing, which applies if 1. You dispute the accuracy of personal data 2. the processing is illegal and you oppose the deletion of personal data by requesting instead the restriction of processing, 3. we no longer need dvs.cu personal data but you request them to establish, exercise or defend a right in court, 4. you have objected to the processing for the period of time in which it is verified whether our legitimate interests in processing personal data prevail over your rights;
– the right to object to processing, unless we demonstrate that we have legitimate grounds for processing your data, which override your interests, rights, and freedoms, or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of a legal claim in court;
– the right to data portability, namely your right to receive the personal data that you have provided to us for the purposes indicated herein, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format, as well as the right to transmit this data to another controller;

– the right not to be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling that has legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you, except where such processing is necessary for the performance of an individual work contract or is permitted by law.

Retention period
